Rachel Levesque
Somatica® Certified Sex and Relationship Coach
I help people come home to themselves and each other through play, presence, and authentic connection. By bridging somatic practice and relational repair, I guide clients toward feeling more grounded, at ease, and fully alive in their bodies and relationships.
My path has been shaped by a lifelong devotion to dance, movement, and the creative arts. I feel deeply honored to support artists, healers, elders, neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals, and anyone reclaiming a life beyond shame, conditioning, or belief-based dogma—with more ritual, routine, celebration, and embodied truth.
Clients often describe our sessions as spacious, grounded, and gently transformative—a blend of laughter, emotional release, honest reflection, and compassionate challenge. Together, we identify the patterns and protections that block intimacy and practice new ways of relating rooted in curiosity, resonance, and authentic connection.

With 20 years in the somatic healing arts field
With over 20 years in the healing arts, I’ve guided individuals and couples through gentle embodiment practices and transformational conversations around sex, intimacy, bodies, and connection.
My work supports people in moving from confusion to clarity, and from disconnection to deeper intimacy, through relational skills such as conscious touch, honest communication, perspective shifting, emotional repair, and embodied awareness.
I believe intimacy is something we can learn, practice, and grow into—and that meaningful connection begins with feeling safe, present, and fully expressed in ourselves.
Mentor to the Mentors
My work extends beyond guiding clients—I also mentor fellow practitioners and coaches in the field. Having supported over 75 professionals in deepening their practice, I help other guides refine their presence, strengthen their impact, and create meaningful transformation in the lives and relationships of the people they serve.
I’m deeply devoted to helping coaches embody the work they teach, so their practice is rooted not only in knowledge, but in authentic resonance, integrity, and sustainable aliveness.
