One-on-One Coaching

A woman with long, wavy dark hair and light skin sits on a bed or sofa with a black leather headboard, wearing a beige and leopard print outfit, smiling warmly at the camera.

Let us trade the 'shoulds' for a life of embodied aliveness and ease

What if you trusted yourself more?

Come back to yourself. Get curious. Tell the truth. Find out what becomes possible.

You don't have to be “broken” to want support.

Three people symbolizing polyamory hold each other close by the water’s edge—skin, silence, tension, and trust meeting in one moment. Tattoos, tangled limbs, and unspoken connection blur the line between being desired… and being deeply seen.

Maybe you're navigating a relationship shift, questioning everything you were taught about sex, discovering desires that don't fit neatly into the boxes you were handed, or simply wanting to feel more alive in your own skin.

We can talk about the things that are easy to talk about—and the things you aren't sure you can say out loud.

Sex. Desire. Kink. BDSM. Fetish. Boundaries. Shame. Pleasure. Relationships. Faith and the aftermath of leaving it. The parts of yourself you've hidden. The parts you're just beginning to meet.

Nothing is too weird to be curious about here.

And curiosity doesn't mean you have to do anything. Sometimes the most powerful thing is discovering what you actually want when you finally have enough room to listen.

What We Can Explore

A person with long dark hair, wearing a blue shirt, is taking a selfie in front of a mirror. The image mainly shows multiple hands, including their own, reaching up toward the mirror. The background appears to be a plain wall.

One-on-one coaching can create space to explore:

  • Sexuality and relationships

  • Kink, BDSM, fetish, and unique desires

  • Pleasure and erotic self-discovery

  • Relationship transitions and nontraditional relationship structures

  • Belief-based trauma and religious or ideological conditioning

  • Boundaries, consent, agency, and empowerment

  • Embodiment and nervous-system awareness

These don't have to become your entire identity or the entire focus of your work together. We follow what's meaningful to you.

A Space to Get Curious

A girl standing in a field with tall grass at sunset, raising her arms with palms facing upward.

Sometimes you already know what you want to explore.

Sometimes you just know that something doesn't feel right anymore.

Coaching can be a place to slow down, ask questions, notice what is happening in your body, and begin separating what you genuinely want from what you've been taught to want.

This is exploration without pressure to perform the exploration.

You don't have to arrive with all the answers.

What a Session Can Look Like

Arrive

We begin with what's present for you. This might be a question, a relationship challenge, a desire, a feeling, a body sensation, or something you've been carrying for a long time.

Get Curious

Together, we explore what you're experiencing without rushing to judge, fix, or change it.

Explore

Depending on what you're working with, we may explore your thoughts, feelings, relationships, desires, boundaries, beliefs, or embodied experience.

Integrate

We make space to notice what you've discovered and what you want to take with you beyond the session.

Your Experience, Your Agency

This work isn't about replacing one set of rules with another.

It's about creating enough space to hear your own voice.

Sometimes the voice telling you that you're wrong isn't actually yours.

Many of us carry inherited beliefs about what a good person, partner, woman, man, parent, lover, or human being is supposed to be.

This work can be a place to untangle the messages you've inherited from the knowing that's emerging from inside you.

Not replacing one set of rules with another.

Learning that you get to choose.
