Let us trade the 'shoulds' for a life of embodied aliveness and ease

This is where you grow

WHAT IS IMPORTANT

"Whether you are navigating the harmonious chaos of a long-term partnership, seeking to heighten your body's sense of delight, or exploring the expansive terrain of non-monogamy, I am here to walk that path with you. My approach bridges deep, authentic dialogue with somatic practices designed to return you to your body.

Together, we move beyond the 'shoulds' of relationship dogma and into a space of embodied resonance, where pleasure is not just a goal, but your natural way of being."

HOW I WORK

Sensation. Awareness. Breath. Movement.

The Invitation

We are often taught that being a "good" partner, a "giving" parent, or even a "perfect" practitioner means leaving ourselves behind. We buy into the martyr path, living in boxes built by lineage and dogma, until our own desires become whispers we can no longer hear.

If you are feeling tired, lonely and "checked out," or lost in the harmonious chaos of your roles, it is likely because you have become a resource for others instead of a source for yourself. You are the integral ingredient in your life. It is time to come home.

The Community

I am honored to create more space for:

  • The Seekers: Individuals and couples navigating long-term intimacy or the expansive terrain of ethical non-monogamy and polyamory.

  • The Mentors: Coaches, therapists, and bodyworkers ready to deepen their somatic precision and lead their clients with more profound attunement to themself as well as their clients.

  • The Creators: Artists and healers who want to embody the depth they offer others and the care they give to themselves, too. As well as creating a depth of intimacy in their relationships off-stage.

  • The Uncategorized: Neurodivergent, queer, and trans folks looking for a guide who understands that there is no "one way" to exist and love, and you can create your own way and refine how you share it with others.

  • The Reclaimers: Anyone ready to shed belief-based dogma and move toward a life of more balance when it comes to sovereignty and connection.

Let’s identify what limits your play, and begin to practice the art of being whole.

The Process

My approach is a refined blend of authentic dialogue and somatic exploration. We don’t just talk about the "boxes"—we feel for the edges of them in the body.

  • Attunement: I pick up on the unspoken cues, helping you identify exactly what is limiting your intimacy and play.

  • Embodied Leadership: For practitioners, we work on becoming deeper listeners—tuning into your own center so you can meet your clients with more precision and presence, and well resourced body and mind.

  • Body Based Practice: Using breath, movement, touch and awareness to bridge the gap between your mind and your physical form.

  • The Pleasure Menu: Together, we ask the potent questions required to co-create a life rooted in your unique needs and desires.

The Shift

When we work together, the goal isn't "perfection." Aliveness is the goal, and intimacy is the practice.

  • Embodied Resonance: Moving from obligation to genuine, felt choice in your body and your business.

  • Relational Sovereignty: Creating partnerships and client relationships based on conscious collaboration rather than cultural conditioning.

  • Professional Depth: For coaches and healers, this somatic grounding leads to higher client retention and more authentic professional boundaries, while remaining relational, which adds value to your presence and the work you are doing.

  • Disinhibition: Finding the permission to be your unconditioned self—reducing the weight of shame or guilt through play and connection.

  • Sustainable Joy: Learning to navigate life’s challenges with a sense of ease and a heart that remains curious.
