The Cuddle Lab

I created The Cuddle Lab because I believe that safe, nourishing human connection is something many of us are longing for, yet few of us have been taught how to experience.

This is not a dating event. It is not group therapy. And it is certainly not about pushing past your boundaries.

Instead, The Cuddle Lab is a guided experience where we slow down and explore connection through consent, communication, presence, and platonic touch. Whether you're naturally affectionate or feel nervous about physical closeness, you'll be invited to participate at your own pace and honor what feels true for you.

Throughout the experience, I'll guide you through simple exercises that help you become more aware of your desires, your boundaries, and your capacity to both give and receive connection. You'll have opportunities to practice asking for what you want, saying no when something doesn't feel right, and discovering how authentic connection can emerge when we stop performing and start being present.

Many people leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and more connected—not just to others, but to themselves. Some discover a deeper sense of confidence in expressing their needs. Others experience the simple yet powerful realization that affection, care, and human warmth can exist without expectation or pressure.

You don't need any experience to join. You don't need to be outgoing. You don't need to be partnered.

All you need is a willingness to show up with curiosity.

If you've been craving more genuine connection, longing to feel seen, or wanting to experience touch and closeness in a way that feels safe, courageous, and authentic, I would love to welcome you to The Cuddle Lab. This is happening every 2nd Friday of each month.

Sex and Intimacy Q&A

I created Sex and Intimacy Q&A because so many people have questions about sex, relationships, desire, communication, dating, and intimacy—but few have a place where they can ask openly without judgment, shame, or awkwardness.

This event is an opportunity to bring your real questions into a supportive and welcoming space. Whether you're navigating dating, exploring a long-term relationship, rebuilding intimacy, working through challenges around confidence, or simply curious about human connection, you're invited to ask what you've always wanted to know.

No topic is too basic. No question is too small.

Throughout our time together, I'll share practical insights drawn from my experience as a sex and relationship coach, Somatica® certified practitioner, and facilitator. We'll explore the emotional, relational, and communication skills that help create deeper connection, stronger boundaries, greater confidence, and more fulfilling intimate experiences.

What I love most about these conversations is that people often discover they're not alone. The questions one person is afraid to ask are often the very questions many others have been carrying quietly for years.

You don't need to be partnered to attend. You don't need to have a specific challenge you're trying to solve. You only need curiosity and a willingness to learn.

My intention is to create a space where we can talk about sex and intimacy with maturity, courage, warmth, and authenticity—because the quality of our relationships often improves when we're willing to have the conversations we've been avoiding.

If you've ever wished you could sit down with a sex and relationship coach and ask anything, this event was created for you.

Sex and Intimacy Q&A occurs every last Wednesday every month.
