Bodywork

What if you could stay connected without abandoning yourself?

Your body isn't a problem to solve.

It's a place to listen.

Come Home to Your Body

Your body is constantly communicating with you.

Tension. Ease. Breath. Pain. Pleasure. Numbness. Movement. Stillness.

Bodywork is a chance to slow down enough to listen.

Together, we explore your body's patterns and possibilities through attentive, therapeutic touch, movement, sensation, and deep listening.

I work collaboratively, meeting your body where it is and supporting its innate capacity to adapt, release, reorganize, and heal.

Bodywork Can Meet

You Where You Are

Sometimes we're working with an old injury or the demands of a sport.

Sometimes we're supporting a postpartum body, a body recovering from surgery, or a body moving through trauma.

Sometimes the work is simply learning how to inhabit yourself differently.

And sometimes, at the end of life, touch becomes a way of saying:

I'm here. You don't have to do anything. You don't have to be anywhere else.

I work with the whole arc of human embodiment—with reverence for the body's intelligence and deep respect for your autonomy.

Trauma-informed touch isn't an add-on to my practice. It's part of how I practice.

What Happens in a Session?

We Begin With Conversation

We talk about what you're noticing in your body, what you've been experiencing, and what you'd like support with.

We establish clear agreements around touch so you know what to expect.

Then We Listen

Through skilled, attentive touch and your own awareness, we explore sensation, tension, movement, breath, and response.

You are an active participant in the process. Your feedback and experience guide the work.

We Follow What's Alive

Sometimes a session is quiet and deeply restorative.

Sometimes there is movement, emotion, curiosity, or discovery.

Sometimes the most important thing is learning that you can feel something without needing to change it.

And We Integrate

We notice what has shifted and what your body might be asking for next.

The goal isn't simply to feel different for an hour.

It's to leave with a deeper relationship to your own body.

From Tension to Transcendence

Not every session needs to be profound.

Sometimes transcendence looks like taking a full breath for the first time in weeks.

Sometimes it is discovering a place in your body that can soften.

Sometimes it's simply realizing:

Oh. This is what it feels like to be here.

We Don't Work On Your Body. We Listen to It Together.

Your body is not something you need to fix before you arrive.

You don't have to know exactly what your body needs.

We can discover that together.
